The National Gaucher Foundation
is pleased to bring you this information which was made possible
by Suzanne Krupskas. These exercises will constantly be expanded
to include various categories of exercises such as those for the
knee, back, neck and hip, exercises for pain, stretching and a
host of others.
Suzanne is a registered physical
therapist since 1978. She has experienced multiple symptoms from
Gaucher Disease since being diagnosed in 1981. Suzanne is an avid
speaker on Gaucher Disease, and has written several articles on
the importance of exercise and physical therapy for those who
are living with the disease. She can be reached by calling the

The exercises that follow are
not just for individuals with Gaucher Disease, Jewish Genetic
Diseases or Lysosomal Storage Disorders. They are for anyone who
wants and needs to exercise. With your doctor's approval, you
can follow Suzanne's instructions step-by-step and improve your
body.
The exercises will be updated
on a regular basis and will cover all aspects of exercise to help
improve your body. From posture to back and knee pain, Suzanne
will provide you with exercises and information to help you with
strength, pain, proper ways to exercise and general information.
