ZavescaŽ Financial Support
Zavesc® a Patient Support is a financial assistance program available to
eligible patients who have been prescribed ZavescaŽ (miglustat). This program may cover your co-pay and out-of-pocket costs while you are taking ZavescaŽ, so there is no cost to you.

ZavescaŽ Patient Support
CuraScript ZavescaŽ Team
ZavescaŽ (miglustat) is distributed by CuraScript, Inc., a specialty
pharmacy that ensures that patients have continued access to their
medication. CuraScript's ZavescaŽ team is made up of registered nurses and pharmacists who are available to answer your questions about ZavescaŽ.

Clinical Advocacy Managers: Actelion also has a team of dedicated nurses,
called Clinical Advocacy Managers, or CAMs, who attend patient support group
meetings. The CAMs provide education and support to patients and families
of patients with type 1 Gaucher disease.

provide answers to questions from health care professionals and patients
about ZavescaŽ for type 1 Gaucher disease. Please call
