How to Contact Your Local Congressperson And The Health Sub-Committee
Using the forms provided, The National Gaucher Foundation asks that you contact your local Congressperson to express your support of H.R. 5748. To contact the representative in your district:

Enter your zip code and/or mailing address.

Use the letter template (pg 8) and either email, fax, or mail your letter in support of H.R. 5748.
Along with contacting your local Congresspersons, we ask that you also contact the Health Subcommittee representative from your state. If your particular state is not represented in the Health Subcommittee, we ask that you contact any member of the Health Subcommittee or multiple members. To contact a member or members of the Health Subcommittee:

Use the Health Subcommittee list (pg. 6-7) to obtain contact information for the representative in your state.

Using the letter template provided (pg. 9) please either mail, email, or fax your letter in support of H.R. 5748.
